Description: Sleeps 6 people. This home is only a couple of years old and is tastefully decorated. The home features a living room, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The patio and pool area are very private. Surrounded by beautiful tropical plants for an extra level of privacy. The pool is caged in and solar heated to give you additional comfort . This is truly "The ideal vacation home".

Weekly Rates
Summer season	May 1st - November 30	$780.00 USD
Peak Season I	December 1 - December 31	$850.00 USD
Peak Season II	January 1 - April 30	$1090.00 USD

Security Deposit (Refundable): US$500.00 ; Exit Cleaning: US$89.00 for up to 4 people.US$119.00 for 5 to 6 people. 4th of July and Christmas week are at Peak Season II Pricing. Pets are on a per approval bases with additional pet fee.

Pay by credit card with with an additional 3% convenient fee.

Location / Distances: The house is located in the south part of Sarasota mainland, west of highway US-41, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The "Sarasota Square Mall" is less than a mile away. Distances to Siesta Key Beach and Casey Key Beach are about 10 Minutes by car. The distances to the different airports are; Sarasota approx. 18 miles, Tampa approx. 60 miles, Ft. Myers approx. 50 miles, Orlando approx. 100 miles.

Reservations: In order to reserve one of the properties we ask for a 25% initial rent deposit with the requested days of your stay in writing.
